This is my favorite pasta salad ever! I got the origional recipe from allrecipes.com (same recipe name)
and have changed it to suit my tastes. It makes a great light lunch.
1 box tri-colored pasta (12-16oz)
2-3 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 lb provolone chees, cubed
1/2 lb colby or colby/jack cheese, cubed
1/2 lb salami, cubed
1/4 lb sliced pepperoni, cut in half
1 cucumber, sliced and quartered
1 bottle Italian salad dressing
Cook pasta according to directions on box. Drain and rinse with cold water.
Once pasta is cool mix in the rest of the ingredients and toss to coat.
Save about 1/4 bottle dressing to toss with salad right before serving.
This recipe is best made the day before so the ingredients have to time to soak up the dressing.
