rosemary bread

Rosemary is my absolute favorite herb. It's my "secret" ingredient to many of my recipes. I am one of those cooks that just adds a bit of "this" and some more of "that" depending on what I have on hand and what sounds good at the time! While it's lots of fun to cook this way, sometimes it's hard to recreate, especially when asked for a recipe!

I loved this bread, and since I worry about adjusting recipes for the bread machines, I made it exately how the origional recipe called for (allrecipes).

It was wonderful! I had buttered slices for breakfast, lunch, & dinner the day after I made it!

Rosemary Bread

1 cup water
2 Tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon dried rosemary
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons active dry yeast.

Place ingredients in bread machine pan in order listed. Select white bread cycle and press Start.

Go make it NOW. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!
